Ambur Biryani

It came up so perfect !!! Thought it catched a bit at the bottom but thats one me!! Flavour wise it was unbelievable good. For those who feel restaurants are not up to standard , this is a perfect alternative. I wing know how are biriyanis in restaurant in tamil nadu, as a person who lives out of india, this is taste of home!!!

I was skeptical at first. Looking at the packet and price, I thought, “There must be preservatives!” , So I didn’t bought it in supermarkets. But after seeing the ads and video how they cook, I felt it’s easily and worth , my son insisting (just like the Genz recommendation on TN election voting 😉), we finally gave Cookd Ambur Biryani Kit a try.

OMG! It tasted just like authentic Ambur biryani, and the aroma filled the whole house. 😍 Now my kitchen is slowly getting filled with Cookd masalas. Can’t wait to try them all! 😃

Trying Cookd brand for the first time. Really I dint like it. Did everything that mentioned in the box, but it came out very mushy. Taste is also not that much good. I tried this brand only for Aadhi anna, sorry na but Im not satisfied. May be I'll try with someother recepies of your brand.

I like the Briyani . But bugging for a review multiple times is annoying .

It's little light on the flavour.. you can improve by making the masala paste stronger and flavourful by 20% to 30% then it will be perfect.

Worst ever biryani, spent 30min to cook and wasted 700 to 800rs. Smell too bad and worst taste. Totally waste of money.

Used to be good. However this time I am very disappointed with all the masala. Won't be ordering again.

flavour initially smelled amaging
but with each bite some how it felt so very artificial and very tangy..i really appreciate your effort to bring down such a complex recepie to a 3 step process .. thats extrodinary work.. but some how it was not hitting the right notes. if any one can make it better it is you.pls find a way .Excellent effort .Thank you.

I used kaima rice and mistakenly took only 375 ml water and the bottom portion of the rice burnt. I advice that you mention in the product cover that water must be taken according to the rice that the customer is using. All this happened because im new to cooking. But anyway i ate the top portion and loved the flavour.I have ordered wedding bhai biryani from cookd this time with rice. Hope ill make myself proud 😍

I’ve bought ambur briyani kit multiple times, this time in the package the seasoning oil sachet is missing. This is so disappointing from cookd. Please don’t compromise on product packaging quality!

Paste is including tomatoes, it’s a water content fruit , while opening the pocket it self bad smell and water is separated from paste , while cooking still it’s become worst , please check and correct way to have the tomatoes in masala pastes , or remove and add in instructions to add onions and tomatoes separately before add the paste.

So disappointed with the flavor and too much of oil compared to the other biryani kits of yours it is the worst and kind request please reduce the amount of oil
